Patricia's Winning Cream Sauce Recipe

Patricia was inspired by her Dad’s recipe, and made it her own by adding our Gravelbourg Honey Dill Mustard. Patricia says that any of our mustards work well in this recipe depending on what you are drizzling it on.

1 Onion diced
3 TBSP Butter or Olive Oil
1-2 TBSP Gravelbourg Honey Dill Style Mustard
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt
2-3 Cups of Cream 33% (Don’t Skimp)
Dash of Nutmeg
Fresh dill or parsley to taste
Grated Parmesan optional
Sauté the onion in the butter. Add the cream and the remaining ingredients. Let simmer for 10 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved. This sauce is amazing on potatoes, pasta green beans or even as a base for a cream soup.
